Luncheons
Sam Hybels, chef/owner of samuel's
in Suttons Bay, will provide the catering for one Sunday four
course / five wine luncheon this summer.
The sparkling wine luncheon begins
promptly at 1 pm on Sunday, with a
starter sparkling wine. Once all guests have gathered, a four
course
small plate
(tapas-style)
luncheon
will be served at the linen covered picnic tables under the
tent
between
the
winery
and the
vineyard. Each course is accompanied by one of our sparking
wines.
Following the luncheon,
a guided walking tour of the vineyards is offered. Commentary
by Larry is
provided
during the tour, as well as during the meal.
Cost for dinner is $50
per person.
