Produced from Leelanau County apples in both cuve close and bottle fermented methods, these sparkling ciders offer pure, clean flavors and aromas. Pressed juice is settled and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Careful blending and small batch second fermentation in stainless steel pressure tanks before filtration, dosage addition and counter pressure bottling assure consistent high quality. Small lots of bottle fermented sparkling ciders are also produced, offering another dimension of flavor and bouquet.
